Improve product features, troubleshoot issues, and analyze aggregate trends

Automated Processing and AI

Our estimate and chat experiences rely on automated systems, including third-party artificial-intelligence providers.

Information you enter into our chat or estimate tools may be processed by third-party AI providers to interpret your request and generate an estimate
We share only what is needed for these features to function and do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own unrelated purposes
Estimates are generated automatically and are informational only; they are not a binding quote or a guarantee of contractor pricing

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do share information in the limited circumstances below to provide the services you request.

Contractors you ask to be matched with receive your name, contact details, property address, and project details so they can contact you about your project
Service providers that operate on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure, AI processing, email and SMS delivery, error monitoring, and analytics
Regulatory, legal, or law-enforcement requests when we are required to comply with applicable laws, and to protect our rights and the safety of others
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

How You Are Contacted

When you submit a project to be matched with contractors, you are authorizing those contractors and Quotyn to contact you.

Matched contractors may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your project, and those calls or texts may be placed using automated technology
Consent to marketing or contractor contact is never a condition of receiving an estimate
Message and data rates may apply; you can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in each message

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it.

Industry-standard encryption and access controls secure stored data
Regular monitoring helps us detect unusual activity and respond quickly
You may request deletion of your account data by emailing support@quotyn.com; some records may be retained where the law requires
